Building a custom intercooler tank? Our Billet lids are a perfect way to top off your aftercooler/intercooler tank. Billet two piece lid with true 6 1/4 inch big mouth opening for easy filling. Bolt in installation with a easy to remove screw top lid lined with an O-ring for perfect sealing. Base has an 7.80 inch outside diameter and the 10 bolt pattern is 7.171 inch center to center across. Inside diameter is 6 1/4 inch across. Requires cutting/drilling of your tank. Coarse threads (8 thread per inch) to prevent galling and binding.
Do not weld base to tank, this could cause warping which will prevent lid from screwing on
